This small booklet, published by the AFA in January 1998, explains the extremely important declinations, that are omitted from horoscopes more often than not. A survey of 100 major event for 100 different people indicated that 58% of coincident day-for-a-year progressions were declinations, while only 42% were longitudes. The differences between Northern and Southern declinations are given, along with the real meanings of contraparallels.
